Gentle Circuit

A gentle circuit class designed to strengthen and maintain muscle tone for the older generation. Combining weights and cardio to challenge but gently encourage muscle maintainance.

Boxing

This is a fantastic class if you would like to learn correct boxing technique as well as getting a great work out. It incorporates cardio and resistance and is suitable for beginners to advanced.
